Our carrot juice is produced from specially grown whole carrots. This ensures that as much goodness as possible remains. Other brands such as Bolthouse produce juice from carrot by-products (skins and ends).
None of our juice products contain added sugar, preservative, colorings or flavorings.
Full traceability of juice in every bottle from seed to farm, to harvesting, to processing, to shipping, to distribution to store.
Security of Supply. Our production region is located in a temperate climate zone with reliable weather patterns and sound production and processing infrastructure
Ethical Labor Practices (All staff paid a minimum of $US14/pr hr and employed on written contracts)

Product Certifications
Our Premium Vegetable Juices have the following certifications:
Juice processing operations operate under a Deemed Food Control Plan (DFCP) which is independently audited and verified by AsureQuality.
The juicing operations are certified by the New Zealand Ministry of Primary Industry and are subject to inspections every 3 months.
Our products are certified by the Safe Quality Food Institute of Arlington VA 22202.
All juices are Kosher Certified by Kosher Kiwi Licensing Authority New Zealand.
Similarly, all juices are Halal certified by The Federation of Islamic Associations of New Zealand (FIANZ).

The main vegetable juice ingredient is carrot juice, but other options include, Beetroot, and Kale. There are 4 different fruit juices that can be added to produce 4 different products: Orange, Apple, Grape, Mango

The vegetable mix component stays the same across the 4 products.

Product is shipped from New Zealand in concentrate form by container lots (18 tonne).

Upon arrival in the US, it requires reconstitution and packaging. It is during this process that additional juices and ingredients can be mixed in to form the final product.

Depending on carrot type and if citric acid has been added during the juicing operation the typical reconstitution ratio is 7:1.

Given a typical Specific Gravity of 1.20 an 18-tonne shipment of concentrate will produce approximately 1.69m fl.ozs of drinking carrot juice.
